I think everybody should be held for responsible for their actions because at the age of like 2 you know right from wrong and if you do wrong your actions will be consequences. For example a eight year getting into a fight with another student and that will have a consequence and I think you should get held responsible. If you have commited a crime you should be held responsible because the person you killed should have not deserved that.
Yes, People should be responsible for there own actions regardless of age because you have to learn from your mistakes. An example, of this is if you steal money when your little from someone and you get in trouble for it you probably wouldn't do it again because you got in trouble. If you hurt a person you loves feelings you should be held responsible and do what you need to make them feel better.
No, because some kids don't know most of the laws or the current events going on in the world. You wouldn't expect an 7 year old to know stealing is wrong because there still developing and learning whats wrong & whats right. Kids are still learning and they don't know what the consequences are for stealing or for any laws.
I think you shouldn't be held responsible for your own actions because number one you can do something on a accident and be 7 years old you probably didn't understand what you was doing wrong because they see someone dong something and thanks its okay.
I partly agree with statement above, I think that you have to be passed a specific age determined by the way the child has grown and how the parents feels about disciplining there child. kids who are younger than 4 or 5 generally wouldn't understand what they did wrong, see theirs no reason to punish a child if you know there isn't gonna a result in the punishment. If a child doesn't know what he did then he wouldn't understand why hes being punished.
