Guilt

How do you deal with personal guilt?

  1. The way I deal with personal guilt I ride my skateboard and ride along with friends and risk my life going in front of cars and going slow to relive my stress I have.

  2. I deal with personal guilt by trying to fix what I did or make it up to the person. If I can't do anything about what I did or make it up to them I will just move on. But if there is something I can do about it I will do it.

  3. How I deal with personal guilt depends on the situation, if I brake something in my house i will let my parents know and i wont feel so bad, if i brake something at my friends or relatives house i would let them know and i would do anything to repay them. Most of the time i feel guilty it normally passes after a wile so if its that bad i will ignore it.

  7. I deal with personal grief by moving on because the past is the past and I can not fix what I have done. If the thing I have done is really bad I will apologize for actions. I will most likely move on with my life because and do things better than next time because I now know my rights from wrongs .

  8. I deal with personal guilt by ignoring it because your going to have to realize that what you've done has been done and you can't go back and change it. When you do something to someone or do something and when you start to regret it your going to have to deal with it and your can't go back and fix what you've done. You can say your sorry but the damage has already been done.
